Dr. Sara B. Dupuis is both a Licensed Psychologist and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She also serves as an AAMFT Approved Supervisor. She maintains a private practice in East Lansing, MI.
With over fifteen years of experience as a therapist, Dr. Dupuis works with a broad spectrum of clients. Dr. Dupuis is an interactive, systems-based and trauma focused therapist. Her therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. She integrates complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach, tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, she works with each individual, couple or family to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth that they are committed to accomplishing.
In addition to being a therapist, Dr. Dupuis has published multiple articles in the field of divorce and remarriage. Dr. Dupuis is also trained at an advanced level in Accelerated Resolution Therapy. She has assisted in training other clinicians in this therapy approach. Further, Dr. Dupuis served on the State of Michigan licensing board for Marriage and Family Therapists for eight years, completing her term in December of 2022.
Dr. Sara Dupuis serves the East Lansing area, as well as Lansing, Okemos, Haslett, Dewitt, and the surrounding Tri-County region. Dr. Dupuis is also providing telehealth services to clients throughout the State of Michigan.
